2016 is the year for integrated revenue cycles [Video]

To streamline the complicated healthcare financial process, many finance managers are working to integrate their revenue cycle for 2016. This process involves tightening operations or increasing patient involvement in the financial aspects of care.

Intermountain Healthcare is currently working to streamline revenue cycle functions across its 22 hospitals and more than 100 physician clinics to help reduce pressure on administrative costs.

This has reduced staffing, which helps leverage standardized workflow and manages productivity.
